We ship worldwide.
In-stock orders are shipped within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on holidays or weekends are processed the next business day. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in San Francisco. If items in your order are out of stock we'll notify you by e-mail. Most backorders are shipped within a week.

1. US Orders

For US States and Territories (excluding Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii)

• Next Day orders must be submitted and processed before 3pm Western Time.
• Deliveries arrive Monday through Friday (no Saturday deliveries).

2. International Orders

For orders to destinations outside the US and its territories.

• Orders are billed in US dollars (USD).
• Duties and taxes may be levied by the shipper at recipient's door.
• Orders must be billed and shipped to the same address.
• We cannot ship to P.O. or A.P.O. boxes.
