Raging Vinyl unconditionally guarantees all decorative wall sticker and decal products manufactured and sold at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. We will gladly replace or refund you for any defective Raging Vinyl sticker and decal products you return.

If you are unsatisfied with the look, quality, color, or size of an item you may return it and choose an item in another size or color. We will gladly replace any item that you are not completely happy with.

Raging Vinyl Gift Vouchers are purchased just like any other item in our store. You can pay for them using the Raging Vinyl store standard payment method(s). Once purchased the value of the Raging Vinyl Gift Voucher will be added to your own personal Raging Vinyl Account. If you have funds in your Raging Vinyl Account, you will notice that the amount now shows in he Shopping Cart box, and also provides a link to a page where you can send the Raging Vinyl Gift Voucher to someone via email.

To send a Raging Vinyl Gift Voucher that you have purchased, you need to go to our Send Gift Voucher Page. You can find the link to this page in the Shopping Cart Box in the right hand column of each page. When you send a Raging Vinyl Gift Voucher, you need to specify the following information:

- The name of the person you are sending the Raging Vinyl Gift Voucher to.
- The email address of the person you are sending the Raging Vinyl Gift Voucher to.
- The amount you want to send. (Note you don't have to send the full amount that is in your Gift Voucher Account.)
- A short message which will apear in the email.

Please ensure that you have entered all of the information correctly, although you will be given the opportunity to change this as much as you want before the email is actually sent.

Raging Vinyl accepts payment by credit card, by check or through paypal accounts. No Cash on Delivery (COD) or alternate payment methods are available. If you don't have a credit card, remember that any Debit Card or ATM card with the Visa or MasterCard logo is also valid.

The major carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL...) are not permitted to ship to P.O. boxes due to federal regulations. Raging Vinyl uses major carriers to provide you with the highest level of service and assurance possible.

Raging Vinyl can send shipments to military personnel via A.P.O. boxes. Please note that major carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL...) are not permitted to ship to A.P.O. boxes due to federal regulations. As a result Raging Vinyl must ship by US Postal Service. In this case, Raging Vinyl cannot provide parcel tracking, and shipments may require additional time.
