1. What You Can Exchange or Return
Raging Vinyl unconditionally guarantees all decorative wall sticker decals and Dezign With a Z products manufactured and sold at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. Hence we will gladly replace any defective Raging Vinyl sticker and decal products you return, as long as it has not been used in any way.
If you are unsatisfied with the look, quality, color, or size of an item you may return it and choose an item in another size or color. We will gladly replace any unused item that you are not completely happy with.
Please note the following limitations:
Item must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
You must obtain a return authorization from our customer service department before sending item back. Please call (415) 345.9191.

Decorative sticker and decals that have been used in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.

Raging Vinyl sticker and decal products purchased from the Raging Vinyl Online Store cannot be exchanged or returned at Raging Vinyl retail stores.

Custom lettering, decals or other products manufactured on special order can not be returned or exchanged unless defective (defects of workmanship). For all other products all sales are final, exchanges or in-store credit only, even if the product has not shipped yet.
Replaced or exchanged sticker and decal products will incur additional shipping costs unless defective
2. How to Exchange
If you would like to exchange wall vinyl stickers or decals purchased from the Raging Vinyl Online Store for a different size or color please follow the instructions hereafter. Raging Vinyl sticker and decal products purchased online cannot be returned at Raging Vinyl retail stores.
Place the Raging Vinyl sticker or decal products you wish to return in a box
You must include your purchase receipt
Download the return form from Raging Vinyl Web Site and fill it in. Provide a brief reason for your dissatisfaction or the reason of the return.

You are responsible for return postage. We recommend you use priority mail or a carrier that provides tracking service. Raging Vinyl is not responsible for lost shipments, and cannot accept shipments sent freight collect.
Allow 2 to 3 weeks for receipt and processing of your return. Once your in-store credit is processed, a copy of the credit memo will be e-mailed to you. Please note that restocking fee of $19 will apply.
