Raging Vinyl decals are a new smart, elegant & exciting way to decorate interiors and change the entire look of a room in a fingersnap. Easy to set-up Raging decals are also easy to remove without damaging surfaces. Simply follow the instructions below. |
:::: Before applying |
Raging Vinyl decals can apply on any smooth and not so smooth surface, such as walls, glass, metal, wood, concrete...
-
Before applying Raging decals, make sure that the surface is dry and free of dust and dirt !!! Decals may not properly stick on unclean areas and may peel off overtime.
Before applying on freshly painted walls, allow 2 weeks for the paint to dry!

:::: During installation |
| |
:::: Later on... |
If one day you want to remove your decal (to replace it by a brand new Raging one, for instance...:-)), you will just have to gently peel it off by hand. The Raging Vinyl decal won't leave any glue residue.
If the surface seems to be fragile and you are afraid to damage it, blow dry the decal (use heat position) : the decal will get fluffy and it will then peel off so easily, you won't believe your eyes !

:::: General instructions |
| |
1. White Backing
2. Vinyl Decal
3. Transfer Tape |
| |
Lay your Raging decal on a hard, flat surface and rub firmly over the decal with a squeegee (credit card, rubber spatula...). This will strengthen the bond between the vinyl decal and the transfer tape (this way the vinyl decal won't stay on the white backing when you remove it - see following step) |
Remove the white backing, making sure the vinyl decal sticks properly to the transfer tape. |
Arrange the vinyl decal on the desired surface. Smooth the top edge onto the surface and firmly smooth out the tape all the way down, avoiding bubbling and wrinkles . |
Finish the application by rubbing over the entire vinyl decal with the squeegee in order to remove any air bubble and activate the bond between the vinyl graphic and the surface |
Remove transfer tape from one corner & slowly roll along the surface. if part of the decal stick to the tape, simply roll back, repress firmly & continue peeling away again. |
Remove air bubbles (if any) by rubbing over the decal with a clean cloth (you can also poke bubbles with a needle and then smooth it out). Rub over the decal very firmly on textured surfaces ! This will ensure a proper bond between the decal and the surface, and will prevent it from peeling off overtime. |
| |
Voila ! just enjoy your new Raging deco... |

:::: Tips & Tricks |
if you plan to set up your decal on a window, on any glass surface or very flat non-porous surface (such as plain metal or plastic) , your decal will stick very strongly and right away. For these type of surfaces we advise to prepare the surface by making it wet (use a sponge for instance). This will allow you to re-position the decal during the process. Once the decal is set, let the surface dry... the decal will then stick strongly to the surface as the surface is drying.
if you have a large size decal to set-up, have a friend help you. You will feel more relax :-)
if you want to remove a decal : simply do it gently by hand or use a blow dryer (set heat position) if you set your decal on a fragile surface
avoid stress : setting-up a raging vinyl is easy, just take your time and focus on how you want your area to look like
