(1.) Upon placing your order you will receive an e-mail confirmation. (2.) One of our customer service representatives reviews your order to make sure your information is correct and that all the items you've requested are available for immediate shipment. (3.) Raging Vinyl pre-authorizes your credit card for the cost of your order, however Raging Vinyl only charges you for the actual items shipped. Note that some banks may show a pre-authorization as a pending charge on your statement. If you cancel your order, the pending charge may not be immediately removed by your credit card issuer. (4.) Raging Vinyl shipping department packs your items and ships them. (5.) Your credit card is charged only when your order is shipped. You are charged only for the items that have been shipped. If an item is backordered you will be charged only when the backordered item is ready to ship. NOTE: If your order arrives in multiple shipments, you pay only one shipping charge on the initial order.
